Visiting Punxsutawney from April 30th to May 9th? Keep your eyes open around town for these name suggestions boxes! You can give your name suggestions to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club to help name Phil and Phillys' new arrivals! We are allowing the community of Punxsutawney and anyone who visits us the next few days to help by giving us your name suggestions. We will be announcing the names on Sunday, May 12th (Mother's Day).

Groundhog Geocaching
Offered Friday, February 1 at 6pm and Saturday, February 2 at 3pm
Geocaching is a fun outdoor treasure hunt hike using a handheld GPS (Global Positioning System). We’ll teach you the basics of using a GPS then send you out in groups of 3-5 to hunt for a variety of Groundhog Day clues hidden in the streets and history of Punxsutawney. All ages welcome!
Maximum registration: 10 groups (of 3-5 people)
