The deposit fee is due at the time of booking. This is to hold your reservation for use of the hall. It will be returned upon completion of your rental is all aspects of lease are followed. This includes cleaning the facility and proper use of the building and amenities. Your will not receive your deposit back if any aspect of the lease is broken or if your rental of the building is cancelled starting at one month before your rental date.

The rental fee is due one month before your rental date.
