Requests for packets to be mailed will be accomodated unitl January 26, 2011.  After that date packets can be picked up in Punxsutawney at the Punxsutawney Spirit Office, Monday, February 1st before 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM they will be available at the Chamber of Commerce (102 W Mahoning St) until midnight.  Anything after Midnight Febuary 1 must be by special arrangement.
