How do I watch the Groundhog Day Celebration when I can't travel to Punxsutawney?
PCN will broadcast the event live in Pensylvania on the PCN network. The broadcast can be viewed on the internet as well with a feed from the Pa State Tourism Web Site the feed will be live about 6am EST February 2nd.
