Phil Entertains at the Chamber!

Punxsutawney Phil did an appearance at the Punxsutawney Chamber of Commerce on Friday, July 8^th 2011. Phil posed for pictures and entertained dozens of fans that came by to meet him. Handler, Ron Ploucha, Bob Roberts, and Tom Uberti answered questions that fans had about Phil. The appearance was successful and many people learned more about the Groundhog Day tradition.
